All the services were fantastic, the room was exquisite and reasonably spacious with apres ski, an excellent breakfast, as for instance. The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect and particularly good...

Greatly enjoyed this traditional hotel: delightful food and extremely helpful and attentive staff. The property was in an ideal location, so close to train station. What's more, it was really close to the ski lift in the center of the village, Chesa Grischuna, one of Kloster's best restaurants and the centre of town.

The rooms were authentically swiss, chalet style. The food was amazing albeit pricey. It felt like a home away from home.

The lady at the reception was very helpful and gave us good ideas how to make best use of our short stay. There were apples and bottle of water in the room on arrival. The restourant is also very good. It has a big sunny balcony, very nice to have breakfast there.
We stayed at the guesthouse and I did not quite like the fact that there was no sink in the bathroom, but in the room itself.
